The Tulare County RCD Board of Directors holds its monthly public Board meetings on the second Wednesday of the month in the NRCS Conference Room at 3530 W. Orchard Ct., Visalia, CA 93277, from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Tulare County Resource Conservation District (the "District") is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all
